Packet Pick-up Information

Please note there will be no packets or participant bibs available the day of the event. You must pick up your packet and bib at one of the dates and times below.

Willis Tower

Please enter from Jackson Blvd. Packet pick up is located on lower level 1.

Friday, November 1, 2024, 10:00 am to 6:00 pm
Saturday, November 2, 2024, from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm

In order to pick up your packet and participate in SkyRise Chicago, you must meet your fundraising minimum, which does not include registration fee. If you have not met your minimum, you will not be able to pick up your packet and participate in the event. Donations can be made at packet pick-up.

Packet Pick-up Parking

Friday, November 1 and Saturday, November 2 at Traders Self-park Garage (Directions)
329 S. Franklin
You may also enter this garage at 326 S. Wells. This garage is located 1/2 block south of Willis Tower on Franklin.

Parking validation is available for $10 at packet pick up (please see a Skyrise volunteer for validation sticker). Parking is valid from 8:00 am – 4:00 pm.

On Saturday, November 2, parking is also available at Tower Self-park Garage (Directions)
241 S. Franklin – also enter at 211 W. Adams, directly across from Willis Tower on Franklin

For Saturday only, to purchase online using the iParkit app, follow these steps:

  1. Download iParkit to your smart phone from the App Store or Google Play
  2. Process as a guest or create your account, password, and enter your credit card info
  3. Once registered, open the app menu
  4. Click FIND PARKING and search for “241 S. Franklin” & click on Tower Garage
  5. Enter the date (11/2/24 ) and times you want to park (between 5:00 AM and 4:00 PM)  Two Reservations required if parking Saturday for packet pick up and Sunday for event day.
  6. Click FIND PAKRING, Click CONTINUE AND PARK HERE
  7. Click ONE TIME PASS, then ADD PROMO CODE – enter your email (if asked) and SKYRISE24 for the rate, click SAVE
  8. Enter your credit card information, if requested
  9. Click PREPAY AND GET ONE TIME PASS, slide Arrow to right or use Apple Pay
  10. Your QR CODE will be emailed to you and in the app MENU > PARKING ACTIVITY.  Enter the Garage and scan your QR CODE from your phone at the red flashing scanner for entry and exit.
